Your information
Our site will store personal information you provide at the time of creating your account or at the checkout. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we will use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update ‘My Account’ so we can continue giving you our best service.
Placing an order
We are accepting orders only from the shops, wholesale or retailers. We do not accept orders from household families.
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then proceed to verify your order and ensure we have all goods you have ordered in stock.
If we have not already received your payment into our account specified at the checkout via bank transfer, we will then contact you via Viber/WhatsApp on the mobile phone number provided to confirm receipt of your order and request to complete the payment and send the transfer slip via Viber/WhatsApp to us.
We only accept your order once payment has been made and in the case where payment is made by debit or credit card at the time of checkout, when we have verified receipt of payment (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
Once you have placed an order, you can change or cancel the order only by contacting us. Cancellation of an order is not allowed if payment is already made provided that we are able to fulfil your order. Changes to your order are permitted as long as the value of the order remains the same or you are willing to pay for the additional amount due to changes. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the ordered price. If there is an issue with an order, we will get in touch with you.
Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to speak to you about it.
Prices, product and other information
We put in a lot of effort to ensure the information on our website is up to date and accurate. Sometimes due to mistakes or technical errors product photos, product description, price or availability may be incorrectly updated or omitted on our website. We may also not have product photos for new products available on the website immediately.
After you have placed an order, if we discover an error for any goods you have ordered, including errors in how the good have been priced, or if any ordered goods are currently out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, replacing substitutes for out of stock products or cancelling it.
If you do not wish to substitute a new product for an out of stock product or would like to cancel the order in full, and if payment is already made we will proceed to refund you in accordance with our Refunds and Refunds Policy.
If we cannot get in touch with you, we will put your order on hold until we are able to get it touch with you.
Prices include GST (where applicable).
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may also at any time modify or discontinue a product we offer (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any products or services.
Delivery
We deliver to Male, Hulhumale and ferry/boats if it an island delivery. Alternatively, you may also choose to place order from our website to opt to pick up your order from Smart Select store at M. Zaabu, Male’, Maldives during our opening hours. If you opt to pick up your order, please specify at the checkout.
Generally, we work to deliver your orders within 3 days after confirmation of payment, subject to availability. And if it is an island delivery 3 days will be applicable for delivery only to ferry/boats. Specific delivery durations are provided on our website and please also refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.

Use of user generated contents
We welcome your feedback and comments to improve our services or otherwise. By sending us comments and feedback via any medium, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, copy, publish, distribute or otherwise use in any medium any comments and feedback that you forward to us.
You also agree that your feedback and comments will not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your comments will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect our operation of the website and services. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any comments.
